Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase of a digital product published under the n1athlete name. By completing a purchase you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

n1athlete is a publishing name operated by Piotr Jasinski, an individual based in Switzerland. Contact: hello@n1athlete.io. A full postal address is available on request and is held on file by the payment provider named below.

Payment, invoicing and tax are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record for every transaction. Lemon Squeezy appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement, calculates and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and its own terms apply to the payment element of the transaction.

2. What you are buying

A digital document in PDF format, delivered as a download. Products are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no service component. Nothing sold here is personalised, customised or produced to order.

The page description, the number of pages and the price shown at checkout describe the product in full. If anything in the product materially differs from that description, the refund policy applies.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and automatic. When payment is confirmed, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address given at checkout. If the link does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder and then email hello@n1athlete.io and it will be re-sent.

You are responsible for providing a working email address. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, store and print the document for your own use. You may print a copy for yourself.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense or make the document publicly available, in whole or in substantial part, in any format. You may not use it as teaching, coaching or commercial material without written permission. Copyright remains with the author.

Short quotations with attribution to n1athlete are permitted.

5. Nature of the content — please read

The content is training and nutrition information written by an amateur endurance athlete on the basis of personal experimentation and published research. It is not medical, dietary or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

Do not make changes to your nutrition, training or sleep on the basis of this document if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from illness or injury, or take prescribed medication, without first speaking to a doctor. Endurance sport carries inherent risk. You take part at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions.

Each document states explicitly, on its first page, that nothing in it should be attempted for the first time on race day. Following that instruction is your responsibility.

6. No guarantee of results

No performance, health or race outcome is promised or implied. Individual responses to nutrition and training protocols vary widely, which is precisely why the documents are framed as single-subject methods to be tested rather than universal prescriptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the purchase or use of a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for it. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited, and nothing here removes the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Availability and changes

Products may be revised, repriced or withdrawn at any time. A revision to an edition you already own is made available to you at no cost. Changes to these terms apply to purchases made after they are published; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Where you buy as a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
